Definitions:

Client brief A statement from the client of what what is required in relation to the structure.
Site information A topographic plan of the site, site investigation reports, etc.
Structural design brief - stage 1 The requirements for the structure at Stage 1 of the Plan of Work. Guidance: From Top-down
Option analysis report Statement of the reasons for choosing the form of the structure, materials etc. Guidance: From Top-down Paper
Structural desing brief - stage 2 The requirements for the structure at Stage 2 of the Plan of work
Design proposal for stage 4 This document describes the degree to which the requirements have been satisfied at Stage 2 and how the requirements that have yet to be satisfied will be addressed at Stage 4.
Design verification Set of documents that show that the design meets the requirements.
Drawings, specifications Output for contractor.
